摘要: 目的 建立并探讨骨质疏松症大鼠卵巢切除手术要点及其术后护理,为动物模型的成功建立提供参考依据。方法 通过外科手术方法对大鼠应用卵巢切除手术构建动物模型,动物模型的设计应符合相似性、可靠性、重复性、适用性、可控性、易行性和经济性的原则。 结果与结论 动物模型的建立在研究骨质疏松方面极其重要,合理的选择动物模型对实验的结果起着关键作用。 大鼠是骨质疏松动物模型最常选用的动物。

Abstract: Objective To establish and discuss the key points of ovariectomy and postoperative care in osteoporosis rats, and to provide reference for the successful establishment of animal models. Method Animal models were constructed by surgically applying ovariectomy to rats. The design of animal models should conform to the principles of similarity, reliability, repeatability, applicability, controllability, feasibility and economy. Result and Conclusion The establishment of animal models is extremely important in the study of osteoporosis, and the rational selection of animal models plays a key role in the result of experiments. Rats are the most commonly used animal for osteoporosis animal models.
